Please watch out for strange cars driving around or parked in the area.  If you have any doubts call 911.  It is better to be safe than sorry later.  This is a good time to ask for ‘block watchers.’ If you are interested, call one of the Board members and leave your name, home address, account number (lot number), phone number and reason for calling.  We really need this program for the safety of our children!   

Statements for KHA dues are going to be mailed out in May 2016.  Our dues are $35 a year and interest will be added for late payments.  Home association dues are spent on mailings, monthly storage of association documents, equipment etc. expenses for office supplies, etc.  If you have further questions, please contact a KHA board member.

2ND SPRING CLEANUP DROP-OFF

  The second Spring Cleanup drop-off event is scheduled for June 29, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, open to all KCMO residents. There will be two free drop-off locations in south Kansas City for discarding unwanted items during this time.
