Kirkside Homes Association ensures that streets are plowed when snow approaches 3", provides yard waste pick up services and a yearly subscription to The Jackson County Advocate to residents who have paid their annual dues of $35 (due June 1st).

The Community Development Committee is responsible for surveying the Kirkside Subdivision every week to ensure that our neighborhoods are attractive and well maintained. Residential codes of KCMO are also enforced.

The speed limit in Kirkside is 25 miles per hour.

All vehicles, boats and RV's must be parked on paved surfaces.

Any wrecked, damaged, demolished, disassembled or disabled vehicle left or permitted to remain on any portion of the premises other than in a private garage is considered a nuisance.

Peeling paint, unsecured guttering, falling fences, broken windows or screens are City code violations.

All exterior property areas shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, free from any accumulation of rubbish, trash, garbage or other noxious or offensive materials.

Any fence located entirely within a property shall have the smooth finished surface facing the exterior of the property.

All Animals are required to be licensed, contained y fencing and on a leash when outside fenced area.
