Got  junk? Then mark your calendars for Saturday, October 10th, 2020. The  6th City  Council  District clean up is scheduled for that day from 8 am to Noon at Ruskin High School, 7000 E. 111th St,  and the parking lot of South-Broadland Presbyterian Church, 7850 Holmes Rd. Residents of the 6th City Council District may bring bulky items such as appliances, furniture and mattresses, leaves and brush, and waste tires to either of the two drop off sites. Good Evening Kirkside Residents, This week is a no-tag trash week. Residents can put out up to 12 bags curbside without any additional tags as long as each bag weighs less than 40 pounds. Good afternoon, The Neighborhoods and Housing Services  6th District clean up event is this Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 8.00am  to 12:00 pm at South-Broadland Presbyterian Church, 7850 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO  and at Ruskin High School, 7000 E. 111th St. Kansas City, MO Items that will be accepted for free -Waste tires, Bulky items ( furniture, non-Freon using appliances) leaves and brush. Good afternoon, The City has planned an extra "no tag" curbside trash pick-up for this Friday, 4/17/20, since more people have more trash because of the stay-at-home order. You'll be allowed to place extra trash bags at the curb without buying the tags usually required for more than two bags on regular trash pick-up days. You can place up to 12 bags at the curb.
