Good evening, The City of kansas City is granting residents trash amnesty from December 26th-December 30th. During this week, residents can set out more than two bags of trash(15 bags max) for free curbside pickup, without buying tags for extra trash bags.Leaf and brush or bulky items will not be accepted. Please call 311 if you have any questions or if your trash is not picked up on the scheduled day! Thankyou! KHOA Board.

Good evening, The judging for the best decorated house  for the holidays, in  the Kirkside sub-division will take place this week, December 18th -December 23rd. The winner will be notified between December 24th and December 26th. Happy Holidays! Kirkside Board of Directors!

Good Evening, Curbside Leaf and Brush Pick-up for our area will be this coming Friday, December 1st. Sacks and bundles should be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. Curb Leaf and Brush Rules: -No more than 20 sacks and bundles per household. -Sacks and bundles must not weigh more than 40 pounds each. -Use only paper lawn debris sacks. No plastic bags. -If you seal the sacks, use masking tape only; do not use plastic or duct tape. -All branches must be bundled.Branches must not be more than 3 inches in diameter. -Bundles of branches must not be 2 feet in diameter and not more than 4 feet long. -Use twine or jute rope to tie bundles;do not use wire or plastic tape. If sacks and bundles are not collected, residents must call the 311 call center within 24 hours. Thankyou! KHA Board of Members
